Lovely location on the Marina and not too far from the town. The apartment was very nice (even nicer than it looks on the photos). Hosts were really helpful too.

Very nice B&B with a extremely nice host, great optional dinner for a very fair price (don‘t go anywhere, try the fried noodles), and a good breakfast.
I’m really looking forward to coming back anytime soon.

The Hideaway is in a beautiful spot. Stunning sea views. We loved the fact that we were in the midst of the ancient druidic heritage of Anglesey and at our time of visiting it was quiet. Breakfast was very handy at the local RSPB. Sue ensured that there was regular top ups of essentials, even though we only stayed for five nights. A very special place.

I've only ever travelled through Holyhead en route from Ireland to the UK and back, but I walked around the town a bit with my dog on this trip, and the area around the B&B was nice enough. Beyond that I really can't say as yet, but I'll definitely return.

Not much in the Pier area, very residential.
Not much in the Pier area, very residential. Expect to walk a lot, crossed bridge to City Center for the amenities we were looking for, food & historic sites. 2 days were enough to stay before heading to Dublin on the Ferry.

booked in holyhead purely to meet friends off a cruise ship.
booked in holyhead purely to meet friends off a cruise ship. holyhead itself has little to nothing to offer tourists but as a base to visit other parts of Anglesey its fine. holyhead seems like its been abandoned by the council and needs money spending on it, all the locals we met were lovely and they deserve more.

We visit Holyhead regularly as we travel a lot by ferry. So are usually only there overnight. Busy little town, but normally head for a B & B so do not know town very well, although it looks fine.

No busses or taxies. ( found one by chance when they were collecting a customer late afternoon)No information regarding about restaurants close for meals between 2pm - 4pm. Had to walk to hotel. As not informed about kitchens close at 2pm, our first meal was at 4.30 which we had to walk to . Amazing fish and chips at the local chippy. No interesting sights . Would have been better to have passed through directly to Cardiff.
Kay is the kindest, most amazing, charming lady. We had no idea we were about to stay at a house of someone with such a great energy and lovely spirit. Kay really helped us when we needed to postpone our ferry and let us stay at hers for another night.
Her breakfast buffet is immense and we were nibbling on it throughout the whole day. Something I would appreciate hotels would accommodate! Thank you again for the wonderful experience!
It’s super close to Holyhead port which is incredibly convenient. It’s warm, cosy, well thought out and incredibly good value for money. Had a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was lovely, matched only by Jayne’s hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile for her guests wherever she can. I’ll be coming backwards and forwards via ferry a good bit now, and Jayne’s place will be my go-to.
The location is convenient to the ferry if driving or taking a taxi. The hotel looks out over the marina and was very pleasant to walk along the front. It is an easy walk to the seafront restaurants and a comfortable walk to the main street.
The room was very clean and a good size, The bathroom was good.
The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced
Loved the location. We took the train into Holyhead then the Ferry out. Easy walking to both! Staff was awesome, friendly and so much fun. We were able to spend time with some of the regulars at the bar and we so enjoyed our time with them. We walked around Holyhead, and enjoyed seeing the sights! Great little town and beautiful harbor area.
Perfect place for a stopover in Holyhead. Good location, handy to take train and ferry and within walking distance of town centre.
Good room, very clean, quiet. Have some minor problem in the bathroom, but the host, a very charming lady, solved it promptly.
Met on arrival by owner, room was brilliant for what we wanted and very clean, comfortable - and above all, quiet! You'd have thought we were in a flat.
Definitely on the list for another stay when we are back in Holyhead.
Perfect stay for anyone getting the ferry to/from Holyhead. It was cheaper than the hotels and has free, secluded parking. Food and drinks are provided for breakfast which was very useful. Checking in and out was very easy
Great hotel when taking the ferry day after (we came with train night before and took the early ferry to Dublin in the morning)
Super friendly staff
Great to start the day with a nice Full English!
Good choice of breakfast and good amount. David and Debbie always willing to chat and recommend places to visit. Good location to explore Anglesey and close to main road for trips further afield.
It was clean and comfortable with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Within walking distance of Holyhead harbour and south stack. A good base for anyone wanting to explore Holy island.
The location, just outside Holyhead, was stunning. Room was comfortable and clean. Convenient for getting to the ferry. Friendly host who recommended a local restaurant which was lovely
Checking in was easy and very friendly. Matthew was most helpful. Room was clean and comfortable ..Comfy beds. Good food in restaurant. Ten minutes away for Holyhead ferry to Ireland.
beautiful accommodation, great food in the restaurant and they even opened the kitchen early so we could get breakfast before leaving to catch our morning ferry from Holyhead to Dublin
Easy to book, very communicative and helpful with instructions. The room was small but clean and worked great for us for our night before taking the Holyhead ferry to Dublin
